Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the eyewear is in its original condition, including the protective case, cleaning cloth, and all original packaging materials.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to drop off the package at your nearest courier point.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your new replacement frames within 5-7 business days.
